A GREAT place to make memories on the water!

The Dock House is a newly constructed, raised coastal home selectively built on a quiet canal that leads directly into popular Cotton Bayou. It is centrally located in Orange Beach, Alabama with quick access to EVERYTHING.

You are only minutes by CAR or BOAT to the sugar white beaches, world-class fishing, savory restaurants and great shopping.

This inviting house is designed with an ELEVATOR that offers access to 2 fabulous living floors which can accommodate 12 people comfortably. There are 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 great rooms. Additionally, you will enjoy upscale décor offering stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, gas stoves, designer furnishings, flat screen televisions and a washer/dryer. Each floor offers split living as well as tiled floors throughout to guarantee your comfort. And because your trip to Orange Beach is all about the sun and the water, each floor offers balcony seating so that you can enjoy the great feeling of being outdoors.

It will not take you long to discover ALL the unique extras that the Dock House offers! Your greatest discovery will be the covered 30 ft. X 30 ft. raised waterfront relaxation deck. It is a large open-air area that offers water views, extensive seating, a gas grill, a fire pit for warmth and relaxing lighting.

On the ground floor there are many large shaded areas that offer comfortable seating with water views. You will find two large boat slips (9x30 and 13x28) with power and water, a fish cleaning station, two nice kayaks and an above-ground swimming pool for your use. Additionally, there is a ground floor ½ bath and a second washer and dryer.

The first residential floor offers a small kitchen with a large living/dining area combined. There is a master bedroom with a king bed and private bath as well as a guest room with two twin beds connected to a hall bath. This first residential level opens onto the large relaxation deck.

The second residential floor offers a large chef’s kitchen with a large living/dining area combined and a laundry room. There is another master suite with a king bed and a private bath as well as a guest room with a queen bed connected to a full hall bath.

There is ample parking for up to 7 cars. We can also accommodate a boat trailer (or 2) and/or jet ski parking with advance notice.

The Dock House is located in the city of Orange Beach which has so much to offer to visitors like yourself. The white sugar beaches and clear blue water are, of course, a top priority for many visitors. The quick access to the Gulf of Mexico for boating is another top attraction which explains why Orange Beach is known as “the Gateway to the Gulf.” There are a dozen local marinas offering charter fishing trips, boat/pontoon rentals, educational dolphin cruises, jet skis for lease and the ever-popular parasailing trips.

For those of you who like to bike or jog, the Hugh S. Branyon Back Country Trail through the State Park is a must do for you! There are 15 miles of winding environmental trails from Orange Beach through Gulf Shores. You can then cross Hwy 59 and continue down Fort Morgan for 20 miles to the Fort Morgan ferry for a trip to Dauphin Island. The Dock House is conveniently located for access to the start of the Back Country Trail so bring your bikes.

Orange Beach is also home to the popular mixed-used waterfront development called The Wharf. This expansive development located directly on the Intracoastal Waterway offers world-class shopping, numerous restaurants with casual to fine dining, and a nice variety of bars/lounges with many offering live music each night. You will enjoy the movie theater, the Ferris wheel, and the nightly light show. The Wharf also offers many special events like live concerts in the Amphitheater, live weigh-ins for fishing tournaments, boat shows and cooking contests.
